A small software studio that builds, fixes, and runs SaaS products.

Productabot is a boutique development shop. Over the past decade we've built and operated B2C and B2B SaaS products — most of that work deep in AWS, shipping full-stack features and then keeping them fast, cheap, and online afterward. The studio is led by Christopher Aitken, a senior engineer, with trusted collaborators brought in when a project calls for more hands.

We're based in Apalachicola, Florida, and work remotely across U.S. time zones — equally comfortable embedding with your team or running a project end to end.

What we take on

Product engineering — full-stack feature work from design to ship: web apps, APIs, integrations, and the unglamorous middle parts that make a product feel finished.
Cloud architecture — AWS done deliberately: serverless and containers, cost reduction, reliability work, and honest answers about what you actually need.
Fractional senior help — audits, rescues, technical direction, or steady ongoing delivery without a full-time hire.
